Very unprofessional company. We called Sunday and left a message because water was dripping down from a wall as a result of the a/c not draining. Monday morning we called again and the lady said that she received our message and they could come out at 4 PM that day. They came out at 3 PM and after going upstairs to the attic where the unit is located, they said that they needed an acid to do the job. We asked the guy that stayed downstairs how much it would cost besides the $75 to come out and he said $180. We also asked if they would do it today since it was 4 PM and the guy that came from upstairs said that he didn't know but he will call if not able to come. They never called so at 5:47 we called the company and the lady said that he wasn't coming since it was almost 6 PM. I said what time they would come and she said that she would call Tuesday morning to let us know. Tuesday morning I had to call because they never called. After an hour they answered and said 3 PM but never showed
