WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED.  THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF CLEANING UP.  MR. BERRYMAN WAS VERY PATIENT ABOUT EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF ROOFING CONSTRUCTION. NO PROBLEMS SINCE, THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE (AFTER DISCUSSION WITH OTHER SOURCES), AND HE DID NOT OFFER TO SELL ME A NEW ROOF.

They did a very good job and were easy to work with.  They worked well with insurance.  Clean up afterward was good and I've had trouble with that with other roofers before.  I've moved out of State and had experience with other roofing company since then that did not compare well to Berryman.

Hailstorm hit my area a few years ago and after seeing a number of my neighbors getting their roof replaced I called a Texas windstorm inspector, who said my roof was 50% damaged and needed to be replaced.
The way it worked with Texas windstorm at the time was that it had to be repaired or they would not provide any more coverage, so I called Berryman Roofing to quote replacements. In terms of money I don't actually know the final value of the repair, since it was through my windstorm insurance.
I was fairly impressed with the two reps who came out to quote the roof. Texas Windstorm didn't seem like it was going to give me enough money to cover it, but the roofers assured me they'd handle it. Work started a week or two after I signed the paperwork. They suggested upgrading my shingles to a superior type, which cost me an extra $600 out of pocket (Windstorm will replace like for like, so upgrades were on me). I live on the Gulf coast so it wasn't a hard sell giving me 120 mph rated shingles over the 80 mph the original ones had. They were thicker, heavier and were also more resistant to hail damage. Look better too, so it wasn't a hard sell given that it's a tiny fraction of the overall cost of a new roof.
They were in and out in one day. I left for work fairly early, before any of them arrived, and got home late that day around 7. The roof was completely stripped, new shingles put on and everything cleaned up and removed before I got home. I never actually saw them, but they also replaced dented fittings over my vents, put hoods over vents that weren't covered and in general did a quality job.
They maintain offices here locally and said they will warranty their work, though so far I've had no reason to call them back out. Windstorm was a bit slow cutting me checks to pay them, but they weren't pushy about billing and after I paid out everything I was supposed to they dealt with windstorm directly and that was the last I heard of it. I presume the repairs cost more than what Windstorm budgeted for and there's some mechanism for them to seek out whatever the difference was, but honestly I don't know the specifics.
I suppose I should mention there are roofing companies who will offer to 'pay your deductible' presumably by overcharging the insurance and handing money back to their customer. I know by my policies I was responsible to pay out of pocket for upgrades and for the deductible, so that sort of thing is insurance fraud as far as I can tell. Berryman won't do it, despite that it's fairly damaging for their competitiveness. Seems to be an honest company, and it's been around for something like 30 years so they're not going to just disappear after the job's done.

My husband dealt with them when they came.  Very prompt about returning my call.  Came, gave an estimate.  When I would come home from work, I couldn't even tell they had been there--all scraps/trash cleaned up even during the project.  Very professional.  Came when they said they would.  The job took 2 days.  I could not have been more pleased.  I will definitely refer others to them and use again if needed!!

NEVER had a leak! Still holding up although I do need to replace it soon as it is 22 years old now.

Called for estimate, which was completed in few days. Following week the service tech called made the appointment, repaired the area, cleaned up area and all is well. Estimate was true as given, the bill was emailed and a follow up was given. Very professional folks, very good prices. Will definitely use them again !!

Went very well. Showed up on the designated day and got the work done. Cleaned up after the work was completed.

Berryman was great. We got them through Angie's List. When they first came out, they probably should have done a little bit more of the seam work but as soon as we called them with another leak in the same spot, they immediately came out and re-flashed everything again so they did a great job. The responsiveness was really good.

I have already submitted one of these.  It went well and they did me a very good job.  I have no problems or complaints.

Start to finish both jobs were what was promised. They roofed our house in under the time promised and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The touch up after we removed the patio cover was quick and professional. This company obviously cares about customer service and customer opinion.

I met with Frank Berryman, who was the owner in charge of my job. We agreed on a price, and he assigned his employee,Humberto, with his crew, to do the work.  Mr. Berryman did stop by most days, and checked out the work and progress.
Though they began a couple of days later than I expected, and there were a few weather delays, they still finished in a timely
fashion.  The excellent work was way beyond my expectation. In addition, they were amazingly neat, keeping all material
in the back yard, and continually removing any debris caused by  removal of my old roof.  They kept the noise down by having no 
audible music.
 I got a great roof , and everyone involved  was  nice, accommodating, and easy to work with.

They performed a physical inspection of my mothers roofing job at no cost, and were very professional and courteous.

Berryman corrected a problem with a previous repair in our tile roof, and made several other repairs. They were fair and straightforward about the charges and I am pleased with their work.

I would highly recommend Frank Berryman and his workers it was a wonderful experience to finally work with contractors with no problems or issue with the company. I was amaze how respectfully Ruben and his crew was to myself and my family while replacing our roof. Can't wait until the spring time to have our house painted definitely will be calling this company to paint.it for us..  We got 5 other quotes for this job from other companies, I knew when Frank came out to give us a bid after speaking with him that he would be professional from the being to end. Sue his office manager was very helpful, since I usually don't take care of things like this my husband does,  it was reassuring knowing I could talk to her if I had any issue. She call everyday that they were here to make sure all was going well or if I had any question, which was very important to me. They pickup after themselves even the water bottles and trash they had, plus all the singles etc. It was like working with a big happy family. Again I would highly recommend them and make sure you call the one in Ingleside!!! I plan to use them in the future for many projects that might come up if they can do it.( if not sure they can recommend someone that I would trust)
