"Unfortunately, the only way to repair an evaporator or condenser coil leak is to replace the worn out coil with a new one. It only makes sense that the refrigerant will leak out again if the system is charged up with new refrigerant. In this case it took only 6 days. It is standard practice at Wright's to subtract the service charge from any new equipment that may have been quoted. We guarantee all of our repairs and are very confident that the indoor coil was or still is leaking R-22, which is detrimental to our environment if allowed to continue leaking. This situation is unfortunate for any homeowner that it happens to and we apologize for the inconvenience that it creates, but please understand it is not the service provider who creates these leaks. It was years of wear and tear from constant operation keeping the homeowner comfortable that is the culprit and as they say " Nothing lasts forever"."
"We show no work being performed for this person on that date. The only work that we have performed at this address was on 4-2-2012 and it was for a completely different amount. We will try to make contact with this person to rectify the matter. As we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!"
