,Please dont get me wrong, this is a nice home town store. BUT when something is wrong or there is a problem, forget it-they offer you no help out at all. my salesperson said this fabric was easy to take care of, well i now have a stains all over the place, they do not come out. and the insurance is a joke. and as far as a store warranty ha-ha. so long story short i know am dealing with a very very saggy sofa. we have had to put boards underneath the cushions. my husband and me both have back problems- it sets horrible now. i never wanted my money back- just some new furniture.
Description of Work: sold me a sofa and recliner, geniune bonded leather. my salesperson was teresa, who when i started contacting them after a week or so after the purchase. SHE WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY.......SURPRISE
