I've already submitted a review, but my photos were not uploaded, so I'll submit them again. Maybe this time it will work.

Job was done on time and as no surprises,

The roof looks good as far as I can see, but the quality ends there. The roofers decided on their own that I needed attic vents, even though I have attic exhaust fans installed in plain view. It is not their place to decide what I need - that is my job. They need to just do what they were hired to do. But anyway, the attic vent installation was probably the worst I have ever seen. Look at the pics and judge for yourself.

Fast service

Fast repair at a fair price.

Shortly after the 5 or so shingles were put in, 1 of them was found to be completely folded over itself, despite there not being a storm to cause such damage -- clearly, the TRAINEE John arrived with, who did all the work, either installed it improperly or damaged the shingle directly next to it during the install -- John stayed on the ground throughout the entirety, supervising his trainee from below, so it is no wonder the repair done by this trainee was not properly done. __ Contacted John/RoofPros both on FB and by phone and was told he would call me back the following day.... 5+ days later, STILL NO REPLY OR CALL. __ UPDATE: Shortly after posting this, was contacted with an apology and assurances that the problem would be fixed shortly -- that was over 3 weeks ago (with no response to text 2 weeks ago).

John helped us through the whole process. I was pleased with quality and value.

These people were fantastic. They came out and repaired my roof in a thunderstorm. Very polite and professional. Will be referring them to anyone with a roofing problem. Reasonably priced!!!
