when our ac and heat system just became too outdated and not enough capacity along with costly Freon leaks we started getting estimates to replace. After talking with several people we decided to go with Ernie at Red-e-air and are very glad we did. He offered us several options from repair to new equipment. we went with a full replacement and a larger system upgrade that keeps our house cooler/warmer than the old unit and at about 1/3 the cost to operate. Being a larger unit they had to modify the inside cabinet to accommodate the gas line, drain and such and did so very professionally. The work was begun on time and finished on time and again, very professionally done. Since the work has been completed Ernie or someone from the company have called to make sure we are satisfied with our system and made a service appointment to check the system out and replace the filter. We are very happy with our decision to hire Red-E Air to do our work and will continue on with them in the future.

To start off, this is relayed story from my husband. I was out of town at the time. The A/C went out on a Saturday afternoon or so. He called 3 different AC guys in the yellow pages. The other two went to answer machine or voice mail. When he called Red-E Air, he got a receptionist, who took the message and stated that he should get a call back, on whether the guy could work him in. About 30 min to 1 hr later, Ernie called him, says I am in the middle of one job now about 1 hour away on top of that. They talked about what was wrong. He stated he thought he knew what was wrong and can fix it but it might be later. He showed up later, and it was around midnight when he finally left, with the A/C fixed. He was friendly and professional, per my husband statements. The other numbers my husband called never called back.
