 + -1 moreOnce the rain started my house was turned into a swimming pool, water literally poured in from all over. I called the individual at once and it took him a week to come out, in the mean time it was still raining and still pouring into the house. Once he did come out, he put metal sheets on top of the shingles to try and stop the leaking, which it did not and it looked horrible. He also wrapped the chimney with metal which again did not stop the water at all. He stopped answering my phone calls and I had to personally go on my roof to lay turps to try and stop the rain from coming in. MR HONEY DO SERVICES refused to fix the problems even after paying him 8,500 for a new roof. A month later I had to pay another 8,500 out of pocket to have a new roof put on. My insurance company would not cover poor workmanship and the roof was in such bad shape it could not be saved or fixed. A year later I am still in the process of having new ceilings put in the house, the water damage was so massive that they could not be repaired. Please DO NOT use this company.
Description of Work: MR HONEY DO SERVICES, Replaced the shingles on my house with new ones, about a week after the new roof was put on it rained. He also wrapped the chimney with metal which again did not stop the leaking. He stopped taking my calls and stopped coming out to try and fix the problem. I had to personally go on my roof and lay turps to try and stop the rain. MR HONEY DO SERVICES refused to fix the problem after paying him 8,500 for the new roof. A month later I had to pay another 8,500 out of pocket to replace my roof again. My insurance company would not cover poor workmanship, so it was up to me to fix it. MR HONEY DO SERVICES had a great sounding price, but you get what you pay for. I am still in the process of replacing the ceilings inside the house after the water damaging it. Please do not use this provider, it will cost you must more in repairing the damages they caused. When I signed the contract it was guaranteed for 2 years with no questioned asked, but if he does not answer your calls and you can not find him then it's worthless. Don't let his charm and good prices sway you to use him! You will not get quality service and it will cost you more in repairing what he touched!
