Came out the same day I called. Even called to say let me know he was on his way. Very nice and very professional. He also had the part I needed and was in and out quickly. I had several questions about my ac unit and he patiently answered each one.

Our existing system had died a few weeks previous and I had called them to see if they could fix it. They came the same day to check it out. But no, the compressor was toast -- burned up and leaking oil. So it was time for new. They wouldn't let me pay for their service call for the diagnosis. Which was very nice of them. We got bids from them and one other local company but Leeco had a considerably better price for comparable system. They did a good job getting it installed and everything is working great now. They even helped by providing tax credit forms for new high-efficiency systems. I was very pleased.
