The plan he had did not work. When it did not work he blamed me and looked for ways to get me to pay for things that might work. With the history we have I was not willing to invest another 2 thousand dollars to take a chance and see if his ideas work. He did come out and re-slope the hill and that helped the next contractor do his job.

Hired Kerr excavation to level the back yard, install French drains and pour a back patio. The job was started and completed on time for the price agreed upon. The Kerr crew was very professional and did a nice job leaving the work site clean upon completion. Will hire again in the future.
