OVERVIEW Founded in 1980 by third-generation builder Bret Hollon, Hollon Custom Homes has completed over 100 custom homes ranging in price from $90,000 to $500,000.00. A complete remodeling service is also available to upgrade your home to suit your tastes and improve livability and ease of maintenance. Bret is partners with his wife Donna who manages the financial records of projects. FOUNDER Bret was trained in his father’s business as a trim carpenter, cabinet builder, tile setter and equipment operator. A hands-on craftsman in an age of book smart contractors. Bret completed his formal education with a degree in finance while partnering a roofing business. This has been instrumental in helping customers obtain financing for projects and develop residential projects. Bret walks customers through the process, from design, planning and obtaining financing for the construction loan and the permanent loan, to coordinating move-in. From geothermal heat pumps, to foam insulation packages, package home kits with arctic insulation capabilities to the latest stone and masonry construction techniques.
