Called 48 hours in advance and was told that they would be at my location the next afternoon or the day after morning. At 11:40am on the morning, I called and inquired status and was informed that they would working other appointments. Not a problem, but they did not call as promised to let me know, causing to me hang around waiting. When questioned further, I was told by the company employee that he was doing the best he could and to "kiss his a**". Be advised!!!!!

They were great. They were wonderful. Their cost was good, reasonable. The amount of time it took to do the work was quick. It was all done in one day.

Came home from a trip to find electrical service torn off of outside wall from an ice storm. Called Hardaway that Saturday evening, he promised to come out the next day, Sunday, and he did. He rearranged his schedule to start work the next morning, Monday. They arrived on time and finished by noon, including the city inspection and the electric company turning the power back on.
