t's reassuring to find a company with good reviews as it should reflect a history of leaving their customers satisfied. However, I believe it is even more important to know how a company handles a problem with their service or product when the customer is not satisfied. If you have a problem after the job is completed will care? Will they return your calls? Will they do what's right? A company's actions when a customer is disatisified is the best measure of their quality of service. I hired a granite company to fabricate and install a custom linen cabinet, vanity, and granite. Douglas Cabinetry was that company's subcontractor for the cabinets. I had a few issues with the cabinets and discussed them with Justin. He was professional, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. It is clear that his main priority is customer satisfaction. The issues were resolved and I am completely happy with my cabinets. I highly recommend Douglas Cabinetry!
