When I called them, an automated machine answered.  I tried to follow the instructions to redeem my coupon.  The automation told me to add the item to my cart and use my coupon code, but it wouldn't work.  It said that my coupon was invalid.  I repeated this process several times.  I tried to call them and kept receiving the automated message, which gave me the hours of operation.  I called them when they were supposed to be open and still had no success in speaking to someone.  After a considerable amount of research, I found the email address and emailed them including a screen capture of my problem.  I missed a call from a number that I didn't recognize and they didn't leave a message.  I then received an email telling me that I missed their call.  I responded to the email and received another automated response.  The email told me to do things to fix it and I tried it, but still no help.  I was given a phone number and I had left about 7 messages.  My coupon was about to expire.  After about ten days, I woke up early and called them in the morning.  I was finally able to speak with someone, but she was rather unhelpful until I told them that I would put them on Angie's List.
