They were very friendly to me, and treated Venus wonderfully. They made sure that, when I left her there to be treated, I knew she was in good hands. When I came to pick her up, she was so happy and energetic. She was so much better, and I was so glad. An added little bonus, they washed her, and treated her for fleas. I loved that she smelled like cookies on the way home.

Very nice, very professional. Took time to explain clearly and ensure I understood what was wrong, how to fix, what I had to do and what follow up was required. My dog likes him (and my dog doesn't like anyone). Was very satisfied with the visit and the results.

Referred to them by another vet since advanced surgical skills were needed. They were able to see me the same day.

I called them because our dog had some type of swollen mass on her head that seemed to only be getting bigger. Because it was bleeding and she had goopy discharge (gross!), they strongly suggested I bring her in. They gave me an estimate over the phone so there wouldn't be any last minute cost surprises when i got there (who needs that when you're already stressed about your furbaby? Not me, that's for sure!). We live in Caddo and she told me to meet her there in 20 minutes - almost the exact amount of time it takes to make that drive. When I arrived, she was waiting for us and that was a huge relief! I had this scenario played out in my head that I would have to wait on her for an hour and my dog would die in the meantime. Morbid, I know. Anyway, she (I'm sorry but the Dr's name slips my mind) was very sweet with my MamaDog and I felt at ease, trusting that she'd be in good hands. After about an hour (bloodwork, IV for fluids, paperwork, etc), she sent me on my way. She informed me that she would be off the next few days but that she'd leave detailed instructions for Dr. Kimberly (not sure why I remember his name?) and that someone would call me first thing in the morning.
Fast forward to the next morning... I'm impatient and could not wait on a phone call. As soon as the vet opened I called. They admitted that the Dr hadn't made his rounds yet and put me on hold. Dr. Kimberly went to check on MamaDog and gave me a brief, but positive! report and promised a call back within an hour. Forty Five minutes later I received a call from Dr. Kimberly with a detailed report and suggested treatment plan. They wanted to keep her overnight again for observation (all I could think was and quot;second mortgage?and quot;). The front office manager gave me a quote (which was definitely reasonable given the circumstances) and when I arrived the next morning, the total due actually ended up being less than anticipated. Dr. Kimberly met with me to give me a full report and sent us home with discharge instructions several prescriptions.
The only thing I wish they would have done differently was give a follow-up call a few days later. Maybe that is their usual practice and we were overlooked for some reason. That wouldn't surprise me too much because everyone was so nice and understanding. It's nice to know there is a reasonably priced ER vet clinic in the area that provides excellent care to our furbabies.
