After spending a miserable Friday night without air, I called Saturday morning for service. By 10:30am Mr. Renfro had come, explained my options & repaired my air conditioner. Now that IS service!! Highly recommend!!

We called him the evening before and he made it out the next evening. We have used Chuck to service our old a/c unit and when that needed to be replaced, we had him install a new a/c unit and ducts. We would recommend him to anyone. He's always been more than fair and never pushed us to have work done that was unnecessary.

every thing went well and the unit functions normally, some of the soder joints on the copper lines are a little messy

I have used CHUCK RENFRO SVC CO many time over the past ten years. Each time Chuck has demonstrated the up most professionalism. Most of all, he is trust worthy which is one of the most important characteristics I look for since I can't be at home watching on all occasions. I can trust Chuck to come to my location and do what has been asked, without worrying about my having to take off from work to be on sight And, his work has always been prompt and done correctly.
