+ -1 moreAfter spending a miserable Friday night without air, I called Saturday morning for service. By 10:30am Mr. Renfro had come, explained my options & repaired my air conditioner. Now that IS service!! Highly recommend!!

+ -1 moreWe called him the evening before and he made it out the next evening. We have used Chuck to service our old a/c unit and when that needed to be replaced, we had him install a new a/c unit and ducts. We would recommend him to anyone. He's always been more than fair and never pushed us to have work done that was unnecessary.
Description of Work: Chuck unclogged both a/c drains and added an emergency overflow switch so that should the drains clog again, it would automatically switch off so that the pan would not overflow and flood the ceiling.

+ -1 moreHow did it go? Well, I tried to tell him several times how sorry we were that he took it personally, but he still refused to come out and fix our heat. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: We have owned a summer lake home in Greenville for 13 years and have used Chuck all that time for service calls. When we needed a new A/C unit, our Plano A/C guy who was replacing units in our Plano home offered us a great deal for a new unit at our lake house. We took him up on it. Anyway, today, it is 18 degrees outside and the heat isn't coming on. So I called Chuck to ask if he can come out and look at it. He told me that me that he got his feelings hurt that we had not bought our new unit from him. He said that since we hadn't bought our new unit from him, he refused to service it because we knew he sold units as well as serviced them and we should have bought our new unit from him. I was astonished at how mad he was at us. I even mentioned that we needed to redo the ducting in our attic and that we would love to use him for that to make it up to him, but he again indicated that his feelings wer "hurt" and that he would never come to our house again. He then said that he loved us in Christian love though, but would not come fix our heat. He seriously did not care that it was 18 degrees outside and we had no heat.

+ -1 moreevery thing went well and the unit functions normally, some of the soder joints on the copper lines are a little messy

+ -1 moreI have used CHUCK RENFRO SVC CO many time over the past ten years. Each time Chuck has demonstrated the up most professionalism. Most of all, he is trust worthy which is one of the most important characteristics I look for since I can't be at home watching on all occasions. I can trust Chuck to come to my location and do what has been asked, without worrying about my having to take off from work to be on sight And, his work has always been prompt and done correctly.
