I hired Mr. Carroll to put a metal roof on my home. It is hail resistant and was installed professionally and the crew cleaned up after them selves. I am very pleased with the result.

"Sorry Mr. [Member Name Removed] feels this way. I don't think I would be in business for over 46 years and second generation if what he says was true. 1) I did have to reschedule, but I called. 2) He was late, I had to wait on him, most contractors would have left. 3) I have 2 written quotes in my had that I sent to him. 4) He waited a year to want work done then put pressure on me. 5) His "couple" of questions were actually 15-20 refigures, which I did but realized I could not please him so I denied the job. He just can't believe that someone would turn him down. I have to turn down 3-4 jobs a year out of 200-300 jobs a year because I know they are unreasonable."

Carroll Roofing Employees came and started working tearing off the old roof and putting on new roof. They finished in 2 days cleaned up area of old shingles and checked for nails
