Wright Automotive & Glass

I dropped my vehicle off to have a glass panel replaced. The owner Larry Wright brought the car to another vendor, Auto Upholstery Needs Inc in Fort Worth, to remove the headliner to change the glass. The glass that was being delivered was damaged and I set up for another to be delivered. That one was broke also. I asked to have the headliner put back together so I could pick up my vehicle. Opon picking up my vehicle I paid $350.00 cash, requested by Larry Wright. I did and asked for a receipt/ invoice for my money. He told me that Auto Upholstery Needs would give me one, since they did the work. I contacted them to receive a receipt for work completed, plus to ask who was going to fix the headliner after the vehicle was returned. The headliner was loose, no attached in areas, dirty from grease and damaged in an area. When I dropped it off the headliner was fine. They proceeded to tell me that Wright Auto owed me the receipt of payment. I contacted Larry again, this time he said all of a sudden he has a invoice, opon asking who is going to clean and install the headliner back to the condition it was when dropping the car, hi answer was* I'm not going to argue about this" the hangs up on me. I want the headliner repaired of the rips in the cloth, attached properly, (no sags in cloth) , cleaned of grease and re-installed. Returned in the condition it was delivered in. Or give me back my $350.00. The next morning while riding in the passenger seat the seat belt was broken. I tried calling Larry again to ask why it was not working and he hung up on me again. I recently went to another mechanic and they explained everything that Larry Wright did wrong when replacing the headliner to the vehicle. I will NEVER step foot into that office. If you do decide to use him get everything in writing before you agree to anything with him. I've contacted the Grapevine police and the BBB filing a complaint against him. STAY AWAY from this business!

They fixed my problem fairly quickly. Overall they were above average. I would use them again in the future if needed.
