V-AIDE was awesome! My account manager took the time to understand my business. I then told her regarding the work that needed to be done. She then proceeded to ask/understand where her work fit in in the grand scheme of things and suggested a few ways to cut back on time and be more efficient.
Though I needed a few things done, she was my sole point of contact. Overall, she was very responsive, qualified, and a delivered everything I asked for on time and within budget!
