+ -1 moreThey do build a good home but they charge a lot. They have a very restricted contract and the only reason I used them was based on my wife's insistence. We were supposed to be in our new home in July, but we fought with them for five months about our tile roof. They refused to hire a certified tile roofer so we had to go into negotiations with it. We finally found someone ourselves to do the roof and have had no problems as of yet. I came every day during the building process because I had found several mistakes on their part. The whole process was absurd and horrible.
Description of Work: Toll Brothers built our new home.
