I just wanted a certain color and tightness because it was for the master bedroom, so i went down there and saw it. We were going to get wooden flooring, but just because of the cost we decided on the carpet. It was good quality.

I didn't go ahead with the service because it was too expensive.

They were good to work with. They let us bring samples home with us. It was all done in a timely manner. They could have cleaned up some the dust better.

It went very well. The installers were great. I am very pleased and plan to buy more soon.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the workers. The guys did a great job pulling up the old carpeting. They then put up a plastic "wall" to protect kitchen from the mess of cleaning and prepping the cement floors. The workers were very professional, polite and respectful during the entire 2 day process working in a consistent and methodical manner. The final clean up was outstanding! The guys made sure every nook and cranny was wiped up and was completed. We do have a few glue spots that need to be corrected but otherwise we were thrilled. One thing we did not realize when we selected dark flooring was how easily dust and dirt would show especially with central air conditioning and dogs. I would have chosen a mid-tone or lighter color for the wood floor. Also, our dogs slip and slide all over. Dog people- one consideration is to make sure there are area/ throw rugs around your bed and sofa with rubber pads, so dogs to not get hurt when they jump off. Overall- a great experience and would highly recommend Tim Hogan's Dalton GA Carpet outlet. We will keep them in mind for future tile and shower work.

George at Tim Dalton's in Grapevine was wonderful to work with. He contacted his Armstrong rep to get the exact hardwood we had seen at another retail outlet. We saved about $2000 by purchasing from Tim Dalton as compared to the other vendor. The installers arrived and worked incredibly hard to get the job done with a minimum of disruption. It was amazing how they managed to contain the dust during removal to one area without affecting the entire house. The floors are beautiful, we saved money, the job was done exactly as promised and on schedule.

They came in and measured the home and they were informative. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up.
