He was able to explain details about our plumbing that we didn't even know and gave us some things to look out for in the future. He was on time, charged a fair price and was very knowledgeable.

When my new dishwasher was delivered, the installation team told me they could not complete the job because I had a copper line and would need a "real plumber" with a special cut off valve. I'm not going to argue at 7 am so I bid them farewell. After many phone calls, Angie list reviews, and my nextdoor app - The Plumber seemed to be the clear winner. 
He arrived on time and reviewed the situation. Removed old DW and replaced with new in about an hour. During the process, he found that I had some copper that was corroding due to metal touching it. He offered a literal 4 dollar solution to avoid a pipe burst in the future. #score. He also pointed out a few preventative maintenance items I should watch out for before they become a problem. I don't call out plumbers very often so I have little to compare. But I have to think all was a success: the new dw works, he was fast, and cleaned up afterwards. As a human - he is pretty awesome.

Plumber was on time, courteous and took care of the problem in 10 minutes. No added charges or sales tatics. I had appointment set up a few days ahead of time. They had a cancellation and contacted me to see if they could come earlier. I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

We came home one day to find warm water coming up around our kitchen cabinets. We called another plumbing company who could not come out for several days but they recommended we call "The Plumber". We called them and Curt, the owner, was at the house in 2 hours, and diagnosed the problem as a hot water slab leak. He gave us a flat rate quote of $995, (this was several years ago, prices may have changed). Curt was able to pinpoint the leak and do the repair while breaking only one 17" travertine tile. He protected the property with plastic while he worked, got the job done quickly, and was a pleasent person to work with. I would recommend The Plumber!

I have used Curt in the past and have been very satisfied as I was this time.  I like the fact that he is local and a small business.

It took some tries to get them to call me back but once I reached them, I was told there was a death in the family and it's a one-man operation. They were able to get me on the schedule ASAP and he was on time, friendly, and completed the job quickly and accurately. He even gave us a small discount for a "coupon", even though we didn't have one. Very nice!

Went great and price was right. They will be replacing my ancient hot water heater next! Great plumber!!!

Went without a hitch. 20 minutes in and out. Curt was punctual (actually early), and professional. Old school

quality and experience. Let me use a discount coupon. Will use again for plumbing needs.

After trying to solve the problem myself with no success, found The Plumber highly rated in my area. Very responsive and worked around my schedule. He quickly resolved the problem. I was so pleased I asked him to provide a quote to replace an outdoor faucet that leaked. He offered to repair on the spot and at a great price. I will definitely call The Plumber for my future plumbing needs.

Another company told us we would have to tear up the new floor and dig out to front yard at a cost of $3,000. Our Farmers Insurance agent recommended The Plumber, and he was able to make a simple repair. Fit us into his schedule quickly, traveled a substantial distance to get to us, and fixed the problem at a huge savings.

He did a great job. No problems with the install to date and when he completed his work he cleaned up after himself.

We had received two other quotes from plumbers and he matched the lowest bid. We had trouble contacting the other plumber so we decided to go with him since he matched the bid.

Kurt was recommended to us by our home owner's insurance agent. Aftern an inspection of a bathtub drain, Ben Franklin Plumbing told us that we had a sewer line break that was going to cost @ $5,000 to repair. Kurt advised by phone that he would charge $2,500 at most. He traveled quite a distance to inspect the drain and determined that it was just clogged. (He's a master plumber with 30 years of experience.) He fixed the drain in a couple of hours and it has worked perfectly since. We could not be more pleased with the service he provided.

Kirk is just the best, smart, does a good job, just the best. I am extraordinary happy he knew how to do it right and do it right the first time. I do not know what I paid him it's been almost year but I was not upset over prices.
