I scheduled and made a down payment on 10/15/13 to have an 8 ft wood fence installed. I attempted to contact them for 6 weeks and they finally arrived on 11/26/13. We were assured that it would be done by Thanksgiving. They removed the chain link fence, leaving part of the metal posts in the ground and pieces through out my yard. They installed the fence posts then left. They did not show up the next day. After speaking with the owner, two days after leaving messages, the crew arrived on Thanksgiving day. They installed half of the fence and left. They returned the next day, but only finished the fence, not the gate. Boards were cracked, chunks missing, and just bad quality. We notified them several times and marked what we were not happy with. New boards were dropped off on Mon, 12/2/13 and a different crew arrived late afternoon. The crew even commented on the bad quality of the wood. They "finished" the fence and left. I walked the fence and found dozens of holes, cracks, splits, etc. We still do not have a gate at this point. I called the owner multiple times in that week. My wife told me that the stain can was removed from our yard the day the owner was to meet her and go over the fence with her. But, he did not meet with her. She called the owner the next day, he returned the call, but she was not able to answer, but called him back 30 minutes later, which he did not answer. I called the owner, AGAIN, on 12/10/13, and he did not answer or return my call until 12/13/13. I let him know that his company has not held up their contract obligations and he asked if I had a lawyer. After that phone call, I assume that there will be no more work done on our ?fence? and we assume we are done with Tex Pro. We contacted another fence company to find out the cost to repair what has not been repaired and to put up a gate, since I still do not have one. That company came over the same day we called, 12/10/13. It is over $1000 just to replace the pickets and cross members that are cracked or have holes. To be fair, that company said that some of the pickets I thought were damaged, are not. So were are not going to replace every picket that I marked. He did tell me he was surprised that the support poles were not 8 feet apart or in 3 feet of concrete, a standard for 8 foot fences. My wife sent the owner of TexPro a detailed email explaining every unanswered call and concerns about the fence quality on 12/13/13 He called me back and he said that he himself would come to my house and walk the fence with us on 12/17. He did not show up nor call. I called him but he did not call me back until the next day. He finally arrived on 12/19 and had his men replace about half of the boards that we were not happy with. The men were there the next week to stain. The stain was blotchy and inconsistent. We still have holes in our fence, large holes the size of golf balls.

I have filed a claim with BBB, the Attorney Generals Office, complained on Google and with MoneyMailer advertisers. It ht as not been settled yet .......... at this point he has damaged any working relationship we have. I don't trust him or his company to do a good quality job.

I have called several times to the office and to Mikel Grant and no one has ever given me an estimate. If I can't even get an estimate after a month of calls, they obviously don't want the business. It was very disappointing.

I called for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled.The representative was late and apologized. After discussing my request and taking the necessary estimates I was told I would receive a estimate via email. That estimate never arrived even after I contacted the company...still no estimate. Would not recommend this company.

Everything went smooth,always updated on staus and and very great job done..Im very proud to show off the work that ws performed..Not a flaw one in the fence.Great people to deal with. Will have them out again for more work on my patio arbor...

As Texpro has refused to refund my money after having it for more than 5 months and plus leaving a junk Metal Frame at my place, I have filed for suit in Small Claims Court against them, the only hope I'm left with.

I contacted Jeramie on a Monday - we agreed on a price during the visit. His crew was power washing the fence the next morning and staining on Wednesday. I have a pool and a small yard and the crew took extreme extra care in staining the fence and a covered area in the back. Most of the fence and patio area was done by hand. Daniel and his 2 assistants did a beautiful job in 107 degree heat. They were very respectful of the yard, cleaned everything up - and the fence is beautiful. My neighbor even came over and asked for an estimate for her fence. I would definitely use them again - I wish I had realized they did other things - I would have used them for some other work I need completed inside.

I received a flyer in the mail and contacted these folks for estimates on the following projects: fence curb, replace existing fence, repair dry wall on ceilings of front and back porches, paint exterior of house. First appointment was for 06-16-2011 between 1:00 and 2:00. About 12:15 I received a phone call from secretary saying Jeremy had been feeling bad for several days and was finally going to the doctor. They would need to reschedule me and it would be next week before they could get to me. Being an understanding person I agreed to reschedule for 06-23-2011 between 11:00 and 12:00. Jeremy arrived closer to 12:00 but that was okay. I provided him with a list of exactly what we wanted done and how the estimates needed to be provided. He indicated he understood. He spent about 15 minutes measuring the backyard for the curb and fence and checking out the ceiling on the back porch. His only comment was to say it was gonna' be really expensive to fix ceiling because they would have to remove it all and replace it with Hardy boards. He said he would e-mail me his estimates and on 07-02-2011 I'm still waiting. This type of treatment makes me wonder just how well they would perform the jobs we needed done. Scratch one company off my list!!

They were horrible. It took them forever to even start the job. The fence between our house and the neighbors was down for three days and we have two small dogs so that was real fun trying to watch them. They had to put up a gate around the city electrical box and there was a big old gap between the gate and the fence. It took almost 1 1/2 weeks to get that fixed and we had to call constantly to get that fixed.

On April 5, 2011, we signed a contract with Jeramie Eitel, TexPro Fence, LLC for work to be done on our property. This contract was signed with a verbal agreement that the project was to begin the week of April 13, and to be completed by April 21. The project did not begin until May 19, and remained unfinished until June 11, when we had to hire another company to complete the job. Factors contributing to service issues include: Failure to meet timelines. Failure to respond to phone calls, emails, or text messages. Debris remained on our premises since May 19 and was never removed, even though it is the contractor's responsibility for removal and disposal of all construction debris. Copies of invoices and work permits were never provided. No information on a construction account was provided. Our fence was removed in its entirety on May 20 and was not replaced. After repeated unanswered phone calls, we had to purchase and install our own safety fence. A fence permit was never filed by TexPro Fencing; something we found out after receiving a written warning by the City of Carrollton. We immediately purchased and filed the permit on our own. Work performed on the retaining wall and concrete decking was never completed. In order to resolve this matter, on June 7 we sent certified letters to Mr. Eitel to 3 different addresses associated to his company. Two came back "undeliverable" and one was signed by someone other than Jeramie Eitel. Mr. Eitel has yet to follow up with us in regards to our written request to resolve this matter. TexPro failed to do the amount of work for what we paid for and as a result, we have grown increasingly frustrated with Mr. Eitel over the past 2 months. He repeatedly assured us that he would not only meet, but "exceed our expectations". On the contrary, this process has been extremely stressful. I am glad to have the opportunity to file this on Angie's List, so that others are not subject to this sort of poor service, lack of professionalism, general disrespect for our time and money.
