I had 3 companies come out to give me quotes prior to me deciding on this one. I had Alan come out to give me an estimate on all the windows that should be replaced. He impressed me with his professionalism. I replaced 30+ windows and frames on a 2 story house. He recommended beige frames, and I love the way it turned out. Abe came out for final measurements and said it took 6 weeks to manufacture the windows. Even with COVID, there was no delay. The windows were ready when promised. They promised the work would be done in 4 days, and it absolutely was. Chris and Paul did a phenomenal job replacing all the windows. They cleaned up after themselves as they did their work. They worked very hard and very efficiently. They replaced the trim around the windows and painted it. This company has been such a pleasure to work with. All the windows are absolutely gorgeous, the sound has dramatically decreased from the outside, the heat/AC is not leaking from the windows. They are beautiful. I highly recommend this company. Side note, my parents used Brennan to replace their windows a few years ago, and they had a much worse experience. This company is worth the price.

Our windows were original to our early 90s house and needed replacing. Windows aren't cheap and we were procrastinating but once we met Steven the decision was easy. His cost was far lower than some other estimates we had received and I felt confident about the product he offered. He gave us great recommendations for the types of windows for each room - I'm so glad he suggested so many picture windows. The installation was quick and the team was quick, careful and courteous. And in the end our windows look stunning! We are so happy with the service and the product and highly recommend Texas Energy Concepts.

The work was done quickly and efficiently by John and Dean. At the end of the day, all the windows were installed professionally, and it was if no one were ever in the home. They are very professional, efficient and courteous.

Perfect! It took them two days and everything went really, really well. The guys worked really well, they cleaned up after themselves and I was extremely happy with the job they did.

These guys are the absolute best at what they do! John and Dean were incredible, I only wish I had done the whole house instead of doing it in two parts. Both phases have been performed without any issues. The crews arrive and ready to work. We will be completing phase III this year. I appreciate them working within our budget and timeline. Steve, Abe and the rest of the team were fantastic!  They answered all of our questions so we understood the products and they explained what we truly needed for our home. They operated with integrity, not trying to sell us features we did not need.  They were extremely responsive and professional and we've been happy with our new windows for nearly a year now.  Our house is nearly 50 years old and with our new windows, it looks as if it's had a face lift! Steve and Abe do a fantastic job.  Steve worked with us to replace all the windows in our house in 3 phases over a few years span of time.  Phase 1 did the front windows (which included some arches at the top).  Phase 2 was for all the remaining windows with the exception of a couple in a closed in porch that we knew we were going to remodel.  Phase 3 was working with our contractor during the porch area remodel to do the windows and add a sliding glass door.  All three phases went smoothly, on time and on budget.
Steve did a great job at our first meeting of describing his products and how he works.  Allowing us to break the job up into phases really helped with the financial side.  We planned on getting white framed windows, which was the color of the old ones, but Steve pointed out that tan would look better with the house colors and he was 100% correct. 
Abe installed all the windows and the door and is one of the few people who have worked on our house whose work completely passed my wife's inspection testing, and she is very, very picky about any work that is done. 
Since the windows were installed, I have called Steve back about two issues, one small thing with the door and, just last week, with a broken window.  In both cases, Steve stood behind his product and work and fixed the issues quickly and with no charge.  The first day we met, he told me he would stand behind his work always and he has now proven it with us. 
I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Texas Energy Concepts to anyone looking for new windows for their home.

The project couldn't have gone smoother. From Steve's presentation and quote (excellent pricing) to Abe's installation, Texas Energy Concepts was a great company to work with. Each day they arrived on time, worked until almost dark and cleaned up the work site.
The end result is our beautiful new windows.

Texas Energy delivered on time (actually a day and half earlier), on budget (as quoted) and did exactly what they promised. We had to do nothing. They reconnected and re wired all windows and doors for the alarm detectors. The house looks great. We are very happy. They are the real deal.  Ask Steve to show you our place. They are an excellent company! I was very pleased in dealing with Mr. Drummond, who is the manager. I recommended them to my neighbor who later used their services.

I was looking for replacement windows and I called one of the window comanies in the area. They did not install so they recommend this contractor. Steve had a good pitch and was respectful. He was on time and answered all the questions that I had. Abe (one of his installers) was very curious and a professional. He even took extra effort to be quite while our daughters were taking a nap. At the end we were asking him about doing some painting work and our concern because we might mess up his great job. He gave us an extra tube of caulk so that if we ever needed it, the colors would match. Only problem is that I had to call and check up on if the windows had come in. They may have called in a day or two since they had just arrived, but I did have to call them. To Steve's credit, he has always called me back within a few min of leaving a phone message. He even called me once from vacation (again a few min after my message). He was out on the ocean and had enough reception to talk for a few min. He wanted to call himself. I would recommend this company.

Overall he was very nice. They came out and was very professional and on time. I don't know if I am going to use this company, because their prices were higher than others.

Two men worked on the job of installing the vents, insulation and siding. They were friendly and responsive. The lead man's name was Abe. Abe took his time and trimmed out each window carefully. The men did a good job on the instillation of the siding. The gutter job was subbed out to a gutter co. The work took a little over a week to complete. All the large debris from the job was removed. There were snips of sharp metal and some nails and screws left in the grass and planters. My four children and I had to police the yard to clean up the remaining debris. When the job was complete Steve did not come out and review the job with us before requesting payment. He instead had me review the job with Abe and then requested that I give Abe the payment. I then had to pursue Mr. Drummond for the warranty paperwork on the siding and did not receive it for about a month. He did apologize for making me wait and sent me a $25 dollar gift certificate to a local sporting goods store.
