Landscaping
Cost was $8,000. Paid 50% up front July 27th to Scott Blaylock, the proprietor. Work was to be performed 1st or 2nd week of September. Never showed, no materials delivered, no follow up, no attempt to rectify situation. Its now March, I have an attorney involved, police involved and still no attempt to repay, or even an attempt to make things right. Would run from this contractor. He also has a history with at least 10 other folks based on Angies List feedback and the BBB.
