We set up weekly cleaning service at a reasonable monthly rate. The weekly service was good until the end of the summer (although the inline vacuum hose filter wasn't always put back correctly so it didn't leak air). At the end of our service the person doing the cleaning didn't vacuum the small amount of debris for the last couple of weeks, so I just cancelled at that point.
If you all you need is weekly service and you don't have any questions and nothing changes or comes up regarding the pool, the service is reliable and the price was reasonable. Once the water was balanced, we never had algae or cloudy water the entire time, even with the tremendous heat.
If you have questions or need other services, my experience showed it was hard to reach someone unless you were able to catch them at the house.

They were very professional and they explained what they were going to do and what the options were. They showed me what was wrong and let me know if I wanted to fix it or not.
