I have used Service Glass several times in the past without any issues.  Their prices are very fair, and their work is top notch.  I had them replace a fixed window on the front of my house that had a broken seal (condensation between the panes).  The only issue was that the installed dropped the new window as he was getting it out of the truck.  They had to have another made and the installation took another week and a half or so.  It wasn't a big deal though, same price, same great work quality.

They were excellent. I was very very impressed. They got right to it and were willing to take it on as soon as I walked in the door. They were very timely. Their prize was reasonable, a lot less than anybody else and quality is the same. Other people wanted almost twice the amount and it makes no sense. When they came to do some work in the house a couple of years ago, they were punctual. In this case, it was walked-in. I brought some parts to them to have them work on it. I had no problems with them.

I called Service Bath and Glass one morning.  A tech was at my home in the afternoon to give me an estimate for replacing one pane of window glass.  Since I had the same piece of glass replaced months before, I knew the quote was good and told them to order the glass.  I was told it would take about 3-4 business days to receive the pane and that someone would call me to set an appointment at that time.  It actually took 6 days for Service Bath and Glass to receive the product.  They called and replaced the pane the next day.  Tech arrived promptly, was very professional and I was happy with the work.

Showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing the enclosure. Watertight and reasonably priced. Very nice people to work with. Cutting down the two 20 year old mirrors to fit above the remodeled vanities was difficult due to age, but they were done well and at 1/2 the price of the other candidates.

The removal of the existing windows and the replacement of the new ones went exactly as expected and was done in a most professional manner. I would highly recommend Service Glass & Mirror for their services. We are going to use them again to replace the glass shower enclosure in our master bath later on this year.

The final product looks great. They were on time for the estimate appointment and for the installation appointment. During installation, the worker noticed that the glass did not fit perfectly. He offered to come back and correct the situation, which they did within 48 hours. We were pleased with the experience.
