We asked for pull-out drawers in the pantry and mudroom cabinet. The cabinets were not built to allow enough room for the pull-outs drawers to come out. The drawers would hit the doors and scrape the paint. They still scrape. Knot holes in some of the boards used in cabinets not filled in by contractor. The doors to almost all of the cabinets had to be remade because they were not measured correctly. Very poor subcontractor who made the cabinets from Canton, TX. Some remade 3 times. Holes for hinges on doors were drilled and filled up with bondo because hinges went in a different place. Attempted to cover with poor paint job. Full overlay doors were used and not enough room allowed in corners for doors to open. Full overlay doors were contractor's idea. Had to remake some doors with out full overlays so doors would open. Style does not match. Poor paint job used unskilled subcontractors. Homeowner had to redo painting. Drawer glides were spray painted on drawers and therefore do not slide easily and homeowner had to replace some glides. A part was not installed on faucet. Asked contractor to get part but he never did and gave no excuse. Homeowner had to get part and install it. Trash can broke and I asked contractor to replace, but he never did. It took 4 months for contractor to put Formica on trash can pull-out after asking many times. Homeowner asked many times for caulk to be done between granite and backsplash. Contractor never did this. Contractor would say I'll call you tomorrow, but didn't, didn't keep his word. Our first Red Flag was when we were checking references and inquiring about him doing the work and he didn't return call for 3 weeks. He never would give us a completion date, we asked many times, for a date and we wanted the work finished, from July 2010 to Jan. 2011 for this job was too long.

Outstanding work in all areas. Adrian stays involved on site every step of the way, offering ideas and recommendations; always working to make sure everything met our expectations. We've used him to do several jobs for us and are working with him now to redo our kitchen and granite and build some custom cabinates. He bailed us out after we fired another contractor who was painting our cabinates; jumped right in and completed the entire job within a week. Very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend him.

It was a great service. Adrienne, the owner I believe, is very attentive and helped get everything finished. They have good service contractors that can be trusted and get everything done. Price wise they weren't the cheapest.
