It took a few phone calls to set up an appointment for an estimate but once that was set, things went well. Josh showed up for the estimate & was very professional & took the time to go over what we would need. He even gave me much more explanations on the pipes & heads they would use than any other contractor. They were actually the only contractor that we could find that specialized only in irrigation. We were a bit sticker shock when they first gave us an estimate as it was much higher than others. Come to find out they were planning a more elaborate system than what others had come up with. So after we tweaked things a bit & scale down the system they came within the range we were willing to pay. At the end, although they were a bit more expensive than others they seem more competent & the quality of the equipment & the Rachio system they use tipped the scale in their favor. They started the job within a week which was also a big plus. Some contractors could not put us on their schedule until August. They completed the job in 2 days & although we had to call them back to adjust a few things we're really happy with the results. They were very responsive. All the guys were very friendly & professional. We would use them again & highly recommend them. P.S. The Rachio system they use to schedule watering is very easy & very cool. It's all WiFi & we can control it with an app on our cell phone from anywhere in the world. In addition, it is linked to a weather station & modifies our watering schedule automatically depending on the forecast. We did not realize at first how much of a benefit that would be. We love it! None of the other contractors offered it. I think just that puts these guys above the competition.
