Customer service was horrible. They damaged my property while working next door and denied everything. I had to pay someone to fix their mistake. Save your money and use another company.

Had a handy man come to the house who spoke of taking out bricks and piping so I decided to call a plumber.
I called Pearson Plumbing and was greeted by a wonderfully nice and helpful young lady who call one of her plumber who was on a job in the area. She said he would be out by noon. Tom arrived within two hours of my call. Was polite, professional and quickly fixed the problem. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Highly recommend this company.

They called before coming, arrived during the scheduled window, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The commode needed a new wax seal. They also put a new handle and flap in the unit, as well as replacing the old water turn-off knob that connects at the wall. We have used Pearson Plumbing for several years and have been happy with service/price provided.

He actually told me to call him to remind him to come out, which didn't seem very professional. It has been two days and I haven't heard anything from him. I have tried calling many times.
