The surgery itself went ok I guess. When I first took the dog to the vet to see about him spaying her we had a specific conversation about pain med after the procedure. I told him that this was a make or break deal. He said he usually does not send anything home because they dont have pain after, even though he was pulling 2 teeth and spaying but he would send her some anti inflamitory medication. I said Until my dog told me that she was not experiencing any pain, I would rather she was given medication. And not just an anti inflamitory. He said that is all he would give. I told him when humans have surgery they are given just pain med or both. I would feel better having it available, even if I had to pay for it and not use it. I have had a LOT of experience with many diff animals and Vets. Most vets agree that it is best to at least have the medication. He agreed that he would send her home with pain medication. She weighs 10 pounds so it would take a tiny bit of medicine. One of the women working there was pretty snitty the whole time. When the surgery was over and I went to pick her up, sure enough they had 4 doses of anti inflamitory for her to go home with. We went through the whole thing AGAIN only with lady behind desk making her snitty remarks. I was extremely upset and frustrated that he had lied to me to get the business. Both had ABSOLUTELY ZERO and quot;bedside mannerand quot; or quality customer service. As I had told him to begin with when we went in the first tim the pain medication was the deciding factor on if I hired him to do the procedure or not. He had mentioned a medication that is not a pain reliever for surgery but used instead of narcotics for minor pain relief or if a person cant have and quot;pain medsand quot;. I knew of the med and even have some but was told by me Dr not to keep taking it. I have several severe chronic illnesses so I know more about medication than I would wish on anyone. But as I told them Im not about to use any of my medication on a 10 pound dog. Sure enough she was very miserable, wouldnt move, eat, or drink. Just laid there shaking. He would contradict himself in every sentence. She should be wide awake and sleeping a lot and lethargic, hungry, and having no appetite. WHATEVER do not trust this guy with his word because he does not keep it. Ever. And the price they quote is nowhere close. All kinds of add ons. Trust me and go to a Vet that is honest and dependable. Im just glad I had the one and quot;sort ofand quot; pain med that he did talk about. I had to call him during the night, my only regret was that it was at 3 am not 9 pm.

They are punctual. Their cost is good. I paid for the test and the medication. They are my dog's regular doctors.

The dog is aging and we discussed the causes of his current issues. We have been using NW Plaza Animal Hospital since 1990 and have always found them to be thorough and responsive.

Joe Tomlinson and Denise Drexler are the veterinarians there. They are the kindest most caring veterinarians. We had them for 18 years and they came with great recommendations. We had a cat that had to be put down recently. They took it as hard as we did. We thought that they were a part of our extended family. The facility is not pretty but they are kind and caring. My cat would have been one of the longest standing patients. They really cared about my pet because they knew them so long. I would extremely recommend them.

Excellent experience. The vets were very quick to diagnose our dogs condition. Our previous vet ignored her symptoms. If we had waited as was previously suggested (by the other vet) our dog would have died. The staff was great! We look forward to a long relationship with this clinic.

This form isn't well-suited to talk about a routine business relationship, but we can confidently recommend NW Plaza for convenience (it's incredibly easy to get an appointment when you want it), courtesy, and expertise. They are low key, don't try to upsell, and are sympathetic and supportive when things aren't going well.

This clinic and especially my veterinarian are so nice and very accommodating. My vet promotes wellness care and does a very thorough exam. They are very caring and responsive to any questions. I think that they really do care about our pets. They even sent me a sympathy card when my cat died.
