Their pricing is good. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are friendly and seem to care about what they are doing. I've been using them for probably 20 years.

They are a bit more expensive than other vets we've gone to in the past, but in my opinion they are well worth it. All the people working there are nice and helpful, and their facilities are very clean. It's the first vet office I've been to that didn't smell like a litter box, so that's an extra bonus!

We have had our puppy groomed by the gal who works at NW Animal Hospital. She does a great job and works to groom her exactly the way we like. She does a FABULOUS job!!

The staff is so warm and welcoming. We had been going to Banfield, but never felt a connection with anyone there. So we decided to find a more personalized vet practice. We have been thrilled with our decision to use these guys!!!

Highly recommend this vet clinic if you are in the Grapevine-Southlake area. Very caring and very responsive! Will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to all in need of veterinarian services!!

We had previously taken our dog to our regular vet for her skin condition. We had made multiple visits, tried multiple treatments, and spent a considerable amount, and the problem persisted. I decided to get a second opinion from Northwest Animal Hospital.
From the moment we arrived, I instantly liked this office better. They are very professional, and worked with our dog who is shy around strangers. The technician was very patient and took his time to make the dog and us feel comfortable. When the vet saw us, he was very professional. He explained in detail what he thought the problem might be, what options we had, and what we could do if those options did not work. Once we chose a treatment plan, he requested that we come in for a follow up 30 days later.
The vet technician called us after two weeks to follow up and see how the dog was doing. When we went for the 30 day follow up, the problem was resolved, and has not presented again.
Northwest Animal Hospital was so good we left the vet we had been seeing for 10+ years.

The staff and vet were professional, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility and staff to anybody.

Our dog has a chronic problem and we've had difficulty finding a vet for her or our other dogs when they've had problems. This vet is very good. They aren't looking to keep running tests that we don't need or have already been done. We've narrowed down the problem with their help and are treating what we can. When we've needed help quickly they have been very accommodating. Both doctors are very experienced and helpful with a disease that is very hard to diagnose without surgery. Today they called me to tell me they had a donation of some meds they just added to our dog's list and asked me if we would like them. How nice is that?! I finally feel we have a vet we can trust.

They are personable and caring and really nice to my dog. They try to be helpful and educate but lets me make the decisions and not force things on me.

I would highly recommend the clinic and the clinic veterinarians. They are experienced, compassionate and professional. I am confident in the care recommendations they make. They explain clinical matters in a clear and understandable way so that I can make the best decisions for my pets.

We are always able to make appointments within the week of our call and are rarely left waiting before being called to an exam room. The office staff are also very caring and focused. I wish my own Drs. office were as professional as the staff at Northwest Animal Hospital.

My dogs and I are always greeted in a friendly way and are seen on time. Preventative care is always discussed and there is a progressive attitude about animal health care. We have had Dr. Steinle for our vet since we moved to the area in 2002. He and his whole staff are great with animals and treat them like family. I am completely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone. There is also the ability to order routine medications on the website and have them shipped to your house.
