National Property Inspections

Paul was very friendly and accommodating, performing the inspection the next day after we called.  He was knowledgeable and prompt in delivering our inspection and answered all my questions, even questions I had after we closed on the property.  The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use Paul again on any future home purchases.

Paul was great. He was punctual and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and me and also offered suggestions to us on how to repair items and what the cost may be. He has years of experience and you can tell he is very knowledgeable. He emailed the computerized/photo report to us in about 12 hours and we were able to go back to the sellers quickly with an amendment to our contract for repairs.

Paul was very punctual. The home inspection went excellent.  He took the time to walk through the entire inspection and explain everything in detail.  He also gave me tips and pointers on things I should do  to take care of my home.

He gave us a folder with all the broken down info including how to keep our home up to date. Then sent us a copy in email of the inspection with details and pictures.

Excellent!  This was the second time that I used Paul.  Eight years ago I called Paul to do an inspection on my new home prior to the original builder Warranty ended.  Paul came out and did an excellent inspection and we were so impressed with his service, that we saved his contact information.  We are now buying a secoond home in Southlake and I pulled out Paul's contact information and called him.  Paul came out right away and again did an excellent job.  He also checked our Firplace (Woodburning) and provided us with a Pest inspector who joined him during the Home inspection.  The seller was also impressed and they have now used Paul for their new home inspection as well.  Highly Recommend!!!!

From the Very First time I looked for  home Inspector was Paul's Website and Reviews on Angie's List. I did see he supported the United States Military , so I called and needed a Home Inspection on my first home ASAP, He was very professional and helpful on the phone and booked me for an appointment . I called him on Thursday night and on Tuesday he was at the house I'm praying will be mine in a few days. He had everything set up with out  me and my Agents help AND had this very detailed with Picture Report on Tuesday night ! He called me that evening and went over the report in detail and eased my concerns and questions. I was so very Blessed to have found him ! I will refer him to anyone and will let my other Veteran  Brothers and Sisters know about him. He is Honest and Knowledgeable , and very Kind and Friendly.. Thank you Sir so much !!

I had Paul inspect two houses. Since I have about ten years of construction and remodeling experience, I was kind of thinking it was a waste of my money before I hired him, but you are supposed to hire an inspector, so I did. On the first house, he identified possible issues with the foundation and recommended I get an estimate from a company specializing in that. They were able to confirm that there were serious issues with the foundation and so I decided not to buy that house. The second was a new built house. Generally they just do a walk through with the builder, but you can do a private inspection. Again, this was well worth it. He identified lots of issues I had not noticed and his report will be taken much more seriously by the builder, I think, than just my observations. If I need an inspection in the future I will call Paul and I highly recommend him. That would be true even if his pricing was not better than several other companies I looked at using.

Performed home inspection on house. Very detailed inspection. Answered my questions and showed me what he found or was looking at. He explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and possible solutions to problems found. We didn't buy the house, so I will be calling on him in the future to inspect a possible buy. I was very satisfied with him.

I was impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge and detail provided by Mr. Biesdany. As a first time home buyer I was nervous but he helped me understand how to go about all resolving all that was revealed in his inspection. The price was more than fair and service was great! I will definitely use his services in my future real estate endeavors.

In order to prepare our house for sale, we decided to have a
pre-inspection / Seller's inspection performed to identify any issues early on
and have the opportunity to repair them. On the scheduled day of inspection,
Paul arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He explained to us the inspection
process, and also encouraged us to walk the house with him, so he could explain
all findings and discuss them with us. The entire inspection took about 3 hours.
Paul was extremely thorough and identified both little and big areas of repair  and each time he made a finding, he provided
us with information on how to fix it or what type of professional to contact.
All in all it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely recommend
Paul to family and friends, and plan to use him again in the future when we buy
a new house. Additionally two days after the inspection Paul provided us with a
detailed report via email that reiterated all of his findings, and provided
guidance in writing.

Please read. I strongly would recommend NPI (can't speak for the other inspectors). I would highly recommend Paul it wasn't so much about the great price but great service and great inspection report. Your buck should stop here as Angie's List lays out the reviews - don't just read this one but consider this one - never heard of this company before now but if you need a home inspector choose them, you will be glad you did. Don't forget to ask for Paul.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I contacted the inspector to sechedule a date. I was contaced the day prior to my appointment to confirm the date and time.  The inspector arrived on time as scheduled and performed the inspection in approx. 3 hours.  He was detailed, took lots of pictures and provided a comprehensive report 24 hours after the work was done.

Called Aaron who answered while completing an inspection at another lcation. Promised to call back in 2 hours. Two hours later. Aaron called and provided an overview of his credentials and services. Inspection was scheduled on the 28th of Janaury. Aaron arrived at location early and began exterior inspection. Two hours later, Aaron provided a walk-through detailing his inspection report. Highlighted areas were discussed and properly noted with supporting documentation. The report was thorough and emailed early that evening. This inspection report was provided the builder same day.
On the next day, final walk-through warranty and builder inspection completed. All of the noted deficiencies on this third party inspection were addressed and completed by the builder prior to closing on the 30th.
This inspection provided confirmation and confidence that this new house met and exceeded minimum housing and code requirements. The builder did not object to any of the findings and used his copy of the inspection to systematically correct any noted deficiency.
Aaron was professional, thorough, and focused. Should I ever require a property inspection in the future, Aaron will get a call.

Our home inspection was done thoroughly.  Paul Biesiadny, the inspector, did not only inspect the property in great details, he spent a lot of time  explaining to us patiently regarding different aspects of home maintenance and what to look for as potential problems. He sent us the report within just few hours after the inspection. He even answered our call way pass dinner time. It was a great experience indeed. He gave new meaning to great service!

It went very well.  They did a very thorough job which included a detailed report with pictures, and all the areas were corrected by the builder.

They did excellent work. I feel they did quick quality work in only 2 hours. He was able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a home inspection.
