They explained everything. They gave several options. They actually did some things that they didn't necessarily need to do but they did it. They went over and above.

Justin came out to my house to fix an issue with the electrical outlet above our over-the-range stove. We had just had the stove/microwave installed by another company two days before, and the installers said the outlet for the microwave had no electricity running to it (even though it was working fine before they came). There were wires left hanging out- it was a mess. So rather than keep dealing with that other company, I contacted Mr. Electric. So Justin came to the house to fix the electrical outlet issue. He completely took care of it and installed a new box correctly for us and took care of the loose wires and solved the overall goofiness of the whole situation. Then he went above and beyond by re-installing the microwave, adjusting the vents on it (which of course were adjusted completely incorrectly by the other company), and putting in new holes for the bolts that were needed to hold up the microwave (because, of course, those weren't done correctly either!). He then then answered my other unrelated questions about kitchen lighting. He spent time offering suggestions and advice about the overall lighting in the kitchen area as well as going way above and beyond with the microwave installation. I'm really impressed and I appreciate everything he did! When I asked about the lighting, he said it would be him personally who would be the one to come out and conduct the installation. I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone else doing it, so I love how the person who gave the advice and suggestions would also be the one to actually do the work. Anyway, I'm probably rambling on and on now, but I'm just really thrilled with such great service and I'm so impressed. Thank you Justin and the Mr. Electric team :) Copy to clipboard

Outstanding! The work was professional and quick. There is nothing they should work on. They should keep doing what they are doing.

Outstanding. Technician was on time and very professional. He even wore booties covering his shoes while he was inside the house. He reviewed the work to be done and suggested several different approaches we might use. He then quoted a firm price for what we wanted done. It was good - right in line with what I expected for this much work. Over the next few hours he installed the new fixtures and updated our smoke alarms (and tested them). He kept everything neat and cleaned up any debris. Two weeks after the service everything is going great! Overall we are completely pleased and will request him again if we need any further work.

Easy to schedule.  Very courteous.   Arrived on time.   The technician was very careful to not bring dirt into house and very respectful of furniture etc.   He installed the new fixture and provided excellent guidance on the type of bulbs etc.    He examined the our smoke alarms and recommended upgrades in the near future as ours were original with the home.   We have delayed that work due to a family illness but will be doing it shortly and will certainly be calling Mr. Electric

They were able to complete work in a timely and professional manner

They took care of what we needed.  One of the lights stopped working after a while.  I called them and they came back out and fixed it without any charges.  They did a really good job and I was happy.

They were good. He was respectful of my place and he cleaned up before he left.

Arrived as scheduled.  Installed 3 new electrical outlets.  Did a neat and professional job.  Very pleased with the work.

On the scale of 1-10 probably I will give them a 5. They didn't understand how to put in a three-way switch.

The service man came out and gave me a quote and we set a time for him
to come back and do the repairs. He was very punctual and called to let
me know he was on the way. I was impressed that they actually set a
specific time not like a lot of companies that have you waiting all day
for them to come.
He did the work thoroughly and completely and we are all very happy.
We will call them again when we need electrical work done.

The Mr Electric office personnel called when Home Depot had said they would and set the appt for the same day.  Martine was the electrician who came out.  He called when he was 20 minutes away to make sure we still wanted him at the appointed time.  He arrived on time, did the installation, and cleaned up after himself in a timely manner and was very professional.  We were so impressed that we asked him to give us an estimate on some other electrical work we needed to have done.

He is a local guy here. Some of my neighbors knew him and I got to know him that way. They had very good customer service when I called to set it up. They scheduled it very quickly. The gentleman who showed up was very professional. He did a good job. He cleaned up after himself. He did not leave a mess. You know when they do work in the house, a lot of times they don’t always clean up very well; but he did that. He did a really god job of cleaning up. He laid down parts and all kinds of stuff from having anything to fall from the ceiling. I didn’t call and compare the price so I don’t know about that. I would use them again in the future.

I got involved with Mr. Electric through contacting Home Depot Home Services for an electrician. The first man [Gary, I believe - he was a nice man] came out to install a recessed light where there was no light before. The ceiling was already taken down so he had plenty of room. He did have to install a switch which involved cutting a hole in the drywall and running a wire. The job was simple and he handled it easily. The bill came to $267.35 - which I thought was high. I figured that Home Depot had taken their cut and that is why it was so high. The second job I had them do months later was even easier. This was just to replace a simple halogen light with a recessed light. The wiring was already in place and the ceiling was already taken down again so there was plenty of room. I contacted them directly this time so that Home Depot wouldn't take their cut. This job took the electrician [Ray] about 10 minutes or less. I was surprised that the bill came to $169.00 Again, I thought this was high. So, in summary, Mr. Electric of North Tarrant handled two simple jobs easily and professionally. I just think their prices are too high.

MR. BURKE'S ELECTRICIANS ARE ALWAYS POLITE, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO BE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED. I GLADLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO ASKS ME ABOUT ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIRS.
