We have been serving the Grapevine, Southlake, Trophy Club and surrounding north Texas communities since 1988. We are truly a local business having lived in Grapevine all of our lives. We offer a wide range of pest control services for your home, lawn and your trees. All of our treatments can also be done organically. We will NEVER ask you to sign a contract because we simply do not need one to keep you as our customer!! We will NEVER make you sit around and wait on us to show up because we value your time as much as we do our own. We also offer GUARANTEEs on most of our services and will happily furnish you with as many referrals as you wish. In short, we are VERY PROUD of our knowledge and our experience and look forward to sharing it with you.

So...Local Pest Control literally got every square inch of my house (and also informed me that one of my trees was sick and showed me how to care for it and gave me (for free) a liquid agent to help heal it) with the right strength of pesticide. They also informed me that they don't get people locked into bogus contracts and that they would only need to come to my house maybe twice a year to treat the outside only (everyone else locks you into contracts and tell you that they need to treat once a quarter)!
ALSO - they did everything they could to save me money. I know $400.00 might sound like a lot, but our situation with spiders was out of control and with two small kids in our home - we were willing to pay any amount. Local Pest Control probably spent 8 hours treating our home. It was truly amazing. So....do yourself a favor and save money while getting the job done and use this company!
