+ -1 moreClosed on the house in early December. The taxes for 06 were to be paid by the seller. LandAmerica did not pay the taxes in a timely manner and that is when I started phoning them. Long story short, it is now July and there is a lien on my home by the city and my mortgage company is threatening to make us have an escrow account. No one in this company will call back. I have sent letters and I have sent faxes. I need help here.
Description of Work: Performed the closing on our house. We were the buyers.
