 + 0 moreThe work was completed as contracted in just one day, cleaned up flawlessly and has held up in the blistering hot summer and one hail storm. He is very honest and open. His small crew is well experienced. Not a nail or shingle was left behind. I give him a wholehearted reconmendation and will use him soon to rebuild my fence.
Description of Work: This small contractor bid significantly less than the highest (Yellow Page large company) and 10% below the lowest of 3 other roofers. I obtained his name from our real estate agent who had also had her roof repaired by Lorenzo Aguilar (L.A.Roofing and Fencing) who has built his business by word of mouth. L.A.Roofing procured the asphalt shingles, stripped the roof of old shingles and nailed the new shingles on our single story ranch roof in Grapevine. All work was done in one day by Lorenzo and his crew, and cleaned up by nightfall.
