Description of Work: Kiss It Good Buy is a consignment store that I have contracted with twice and will do so again. They sold all the items that they took except for some lamps. They were prompt with payment and very friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend this business to anyone who does not want to sell home furnishings themselves.

 + -1 moreOn my first and only visit to this store I saw a leather ottoman that looked like it might work in my home. I purchased it, but when I got it home it was not a good fit. Upon returning the item 4 days later I was informed that all sales are final. This was never mentioned to me, nor was I presented with a receipt at the time of sale with those terms. The website didn't even mention the policy. I was shown a 4" x 6" card on top of an item near the door, but the card was small and not easily visible. The owners could not have shown less concern, and repeatedly asserted that it was my own fault for not knowing the policy. Live and learn - in the future I will give my business to reputable dealers only.

Description of Work: One of the nicest consignment shops around. Usually FULL of merchandise and a nice selection. People always friendly and ready to answer questions or help. Whenever I'm in the area, always like to make it a point to stop in and see what's new. You NEVER know what you're going to find there!

Description of Work: this store has good prices an quality merchandise, however, the owner is CLUELESS about customer service. i was buying a $200 lamp an she almoat refused to give me a 50 cent light bulb. she finally did but complained about it. Then i was going to buy a $2000 Armoire but needed it delivered in a week. sh refused, stating that she needed the floor spac so it had to be out in 48 hours, so she lost that sale. Then i bought a rug and sh saw that it had been wrapped up with the floor buffer and complained that her friend wanted it and ahe was foing to get screamed at and that te buffer was 100 bucks. (it's 20 at the most). Bottom line: good stuff at good prices butthe owner gives a horrible customer experience.
