After I had been told my compressor was dead ($3500) and I needed a new one or better still I should buy a whole new system at top price of $16,000 or a basic system for $12,000, I called Mr. Donaldson. (The big sell was by the company that installed and maintained the unit for 11 years. I was one year out of warranty.) After the first tech left, Mr. Donaldson came by at the end of a long hot day as a courtesy to me to see if the compressor was really dead. He started the ac and it kicked on and it cooled and that was about two weeks ago...it is still running. Now I don't know what happened and neither did Mr. Donaldson but he didn't charge me and you can be sure he will be my go to ac professional from this day forward! I might add that we are "elderly" and are often considered easy targets.

Jerry Donaldson A/C & Heating's price is very reasonable. I hope he stays in business as long as I own my house. I like that he fixes things and doesn't charge a lot of money.

JERRY CAME OUT ON SUNDAY AFTER INSTALLING THE UNIT ON SATURDAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING OKAY.
