They have a basic charge for coming out for the first hour and a half, and they fixed the problem within that time. They took about an hour to fix the problem. They came when they said they would and did what they said. I thought they were thorough in their approach. I thought that they were clean and I wouldn’t mind having them in my house. I would use their services again in the future.
