Very happy, he is an honest person.
I have a Federal Pacific breaker box, a company that is out of business. My hgome and the breaker box date to 1985. I did some research and learned that there were problems with this brand, and that it could be a potential fire hazard. I was convinced that I was going to have to replace the box. Scott, the owner, came out, looked over the box, and told me that while it was a Federal Pacific box, it was not the type that had the problems, and in fact, everything looked in good shape, and he would not recommend replacement.
I was at his mercy, and if he had told me that yes indeed, the box had to be replaced, I would have believed him. His honesty saved me several thousand dollars. I would definitely recommend him I won't hesitate to use him again.
I marked a and quot;Band quot; on responsiveness, because when I called the first time, it just goes to a cell phone voice mail, with a generic message so you don't even know for sure that you got to the right place. But, once he called me back, it was all good. He does not have any office staff, to keep overhead down, so really not a problem.

Their punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism were great. They were just wonderful.

He showed up on time. Emailed us a confusing email with some prices on it. When I asked questions, he became defensive and things did not seem right so I got an estimate from other electricians who agreed that Scott was over priced.

Everything went very well. Both the electrician and his journeyman accomplished the work quickly and professionally.

It was a two month kitchen remodel and Scott made at least five trips to our house during that time to complete all of the different jobs. He first ran all of the new wiring for the entire kitchen and cut the holes for the new canned lights. Then he came back a couple of weeks later to install the canned lighting, under cabinet lighting, under cabinet strip mounted plugs, and all of the switches. During this trip Scott was working on our breaker box and noticed some shoddy work done by the electrician when our pool was installed. He corrected the previous electrician's mistakes for no extra charge. Scott also made some recommendations for plug placement on our island and some new lights for our interior cabinet lighting that will last longer and be easier to replace when they burn out. We used both ideas and they turned out to look magnificent. Lastly they showed up to install our interior cabinet lights and pendant lights over our island. They took their time to make sure that the pendants were centered and spaced perfectly. All of their work was top notch and the lighting in the kitchen makes all of the difference in the world. I will not hesitate to call Grapevine Electric in the future for any electrical work. They are true professionals and have an extensive knowledge about all things electrical.

After receiving a card from a local lighting dealer for Mr. Darr I called him and he responded within a day to my call. He came out to look at the fixture to replace and scheduled a time within 3 days. Our first day was delayed because of rain, but he called and rescheduled for the next day as we had to have a lift to get to the lighting. All went well, he arrived the next day and I was able to split the cost of the lift with others who used it that day which helped on the price of install. Overall he did a great job with his co-worker and I would use him again.

The prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them. The owner Scott Darr did the work and he did an excellent job. I was very lucky to have run across him. A good electrician is hard to find.
