WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD USE A VALUE-PAK COUPON, I WAS TOLD THE PRICE WAS THE SAME WITH OR WITHOUT COUPON. CORRECTING MY PROBLEM WAS ACHIEVED BY MOVING AN ITEM IN MY GARAGE THAT WAS IN THE "EYE" OF THE AUTOMATIC OPENER. THE REPAIRMAN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW "BAD" MY ROLLERS LOOKED AND SAID THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE GOT THE REPLACEMENT ROLLERS FROM THE BED OF HIS PICKUP, THEY WERE ROLLING AROUND LOOSE. THEN HE SAID THERE WAS NO WARRANTY ON THEM AFTER THEY WERE INSTALLED. NO WONDER THEY HAVE TO USE COUPONS TO FIND CUSTOMERS. I'M SURE THEY DON'T HAVE MUCH REPEAT BUSINESS.
