I've been using Diamond for about 7 years now - I got the referral from several friends of mine who are loyal customers. Diamond is the best! I've been completely satisfied with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, personable. Communication re appointments is great - I always know who is coming. I recommend them every chance I have. On this recent visit, they serviced my equipment - checked the air ducts and told me nothing needed doing - checked in the attic to see if any roof leak causing mold - decided it was due to the extensive work that had gone on in my house - told me to wash the ceiling with soap and water and spray with Lysol. I really appreciated their attention to my issues.

Fabulously! Scott and Cale could not have been better to work with...they take time to explain and educate you, gave me a good competitive price, did excellent work and cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work of any kind and definitely use them again for future needs. My heating system has already shown major improvement. Scott and Cale's dad own the company and they are laser focused on being the best contractor with whom you have ever worked.

Diamond was awesome! We just purchased our home and wanted everything clean between moved in. The Diamond rep took pictures in our ducts and was honest and told us they didn’t need to be cleaned!!! We still got the coils, unit and dryer vent cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Diamond Services to anyone wanting an honest crew to check out their a/c vents.

The service went well Kal was able to quickly find the blockage which caused the condensation water from my AC to backup and start boring out of the back of the unit on to the closet floor where the unit is located. He conducted a thorough review of my AC system inside and outside. Thankful that he checked outside to uncovered my AC unit was low on refrigerant.

Everything was fine but one single thing. The price paid was nowhere near the price quoted. I would have preferred quote based on the average parts and labor costs based on the age of the home. I don't expect perfect, but if the average upcharge is $500 to bring the water heater up to code then that should be disclosed prior to the job.

I’m moving into a new house and my wiring was crossed on my thermostats. One A/C company came out only to not fix my issue but to tell me my systems we both “old” and need to be replaced for $20k, an expense I was not expecting after just having a home inspection. I called the office at Diamond and reached Scott. He was so helpful and professional and Honest. I was upset and he settled me down and probably spoke to me for 30 minutes on the first call. Came right out and fixed my therm wiring issue in minutes and told me I should and could live with my old units and replace only when they go out. He was not trying for the upsale. I trusted him so much I opted for new Duct work only and I was so pleased with the outcome and communication with Scott and his team. They are my only A/C company going forward. He did the good job at first sight. Later, the repaired portion shows different color than the rest of the tub. Contacted the vendor and complained but he said it is the light caused the different look. I do not agree.....

The work was performed ok. However there were some items offered but not provided: 1) An inspection by an Engineer or supervisor after the technician installed the system. 2) I never received detailed a receipt with the information about equipment supplied and services performed. I had to pay over the phone with credit card because the company does not even have an office open to their customers to process a more secure transaction. 3) I never received a written warranty for the services and equipment provided, just a verbal information that the company will proccesss end the warranty to the manufacturer. 4) The provider did not supply any reference manual for the new equipment. When asked, He told me that I have to request them online.

"Member, I am not sure I understand a review more than 14 months after the work was completed. For more than 14 months our phones and emails have been working. We have never heard a single complaint or request for any information in that time from you. What is your agenda? We did have an owner of the company, Scott, come and inspect the work later that day. I am not sure where we did not have someone inspect the installers work comment comes from. Scott also discussed that all literature is readily available online and electronic files are easier and cleaner to keep. In addition if there is any superseded information it will be available online as well. He also offered a paper copy if you preferred, but you declined. All technicians have credit card apps/swipers and for almost a year chip capable swipers to accept payment at point of sales. A detailed receipt with model numbers and payment was emailed on 8-5-2016, the same date as the installation. Technicians have the ability to do this on site, and have had the capability since 2008. Your equipment was registered with Bryant and you should have received an email from the manufacturer. Maybe checking junk or spam in your email for our paid invoice as well. Just curious why you would never attempt to contact us in over a year in regards to not receiving a receipt, much less your other "concerns"."

I spoke to someone regarding air duct and a/c cleaning. The gentleman was professional on the phone and provided a time to do but never showed up nor called after setting up the appointment.
