DFW Collision Grapevine West

The estimate was spot-on and my car was returned a day early. It was cleaner when it was returned to me and then whenever I dropped it off.

It went well. The manager of my account kept me informed of what was going on. It did take longer than anticipated but they kept me up to date on status.

Service was above and beyond in every way! From the minute I contacted the collission center I was kept up to date and in the loop with all necessary steps and events. Extremely customer oriented. The best part - they surprised and delighted and were able to finish my repairs in 1 day!

I was kept informed the entire time at what stage of repair my car was in. When I picked up the car, it looked just like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor.

I've taken my truck here twice, the first time
the results were average, they did what they should have, and that’s it.
Considering they had my vehicle for close to two weeks I expected a bit
more.
The most recent and second time I took the same truck in. When I got it
back the passenger door was hanging out of line 3/8ths of an inch,
impossible to miss due to the pin striping. They tried to tell me that
was expected when you have work done.
They managed to STRIP all the lubricant from the windows so they
squeaked and squealed going up and down until I waxed the edges.
I left a case of flexible DVD protectors in the floorboard, they opened
the box and STOLE 90% of them then waded up the ones that were left
along with garbage and plastic bags, closed the box back up and placed
it back behind the passenger's seat in the floorboard.
To top everything off, the car rental that I returned there tried to
charge me for hail damage that did not exist, I secured the HD video
from the two parking garages I kept the vehicle parked in, notified my
insurance and waited for them to commit insurance fraud, they decided I
didn't owe anything and would not pursue anything at that time.
The girls that work at the front desk have amazing customer service
skills; someone should hire them away because they're being wasted here.

They made the repair the same day (while I waited) since it was not a big job. I will definitely go back for any type of repair due to their professionalism an friendliness.

My experience with Grapevine Collision was excellent. I brought my vehicle in for hail damage, they not only completed the work ahead of schedule they also came in under my insurance appraisal. I was very pleased with the workmanship of the repairs (hail damage on hood, roof, tailgate and side). I had PDR on the dents, the repairs were done flawlessly. I will definitely use there services again if I have damage to my vehicle. The service staff I dealt with was exceptionally helpful in ensuring my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction and that I was a satisfied customer. Very nice experience.

Our experience was a positive one.
The Travelers Insurance Concierge service located within the collision center was a pleasure to deal with and they were a reassuring factor through the entire process. A rental car was provided and at the front door waiting every time we went in.The staff at the collision center maintained updates on the repairs as they progressed.The only downside to this collision center is the commute getting there.We will use this place again and recommend them to anyone else.
