It went well. Only thing is I was charged more than what we spoke verbally. I should have confirmed the price when he arrived my home. I paid almost double but still cheaper than what others quoted.

He communicated great and updated me on the progress (I wasn't able to be present for the repair). This is a very professional company and look forward in using them again and will definitely spread the word about them.

Mike had a hard time following plans and directions. He incorrectly placed the ceiling cans which had to be redone, but not until after ripping down the drywall that got put up. He put too many appliances on the same circuit against code. He didn't wire/install the oven and stove correctly. His work was very sloppy and erratic. Some outlets were slanted. He didn't fully nail in the ceiling cans (even after correcting the placement). He would do everything too fast, too haphazardly. He was hired by another contractor for the kitchen remodel. He sped through everything he did like it was a race.
The project manager called him out on his sloppy and incorrect work and Mike stormed off and threatened us with a lawsuit. He had to correct just about everything he did. Eventually it all got fixed (after some delays). He even tried to charge for the corrections he needed to make and is currently trying sue us even though he was a third-party contractor that we never hired directly.
I cannot recommend Mike Nall.

Friendly with fair prices.. Mike put in some outdoor outlets around my pool. Quick and easy!!! Customer service is their priority!!

Mike did a great job and was a friendly guy to deal with. I will call him again if I need any further work. Thanks Mike.
