It was fine! They said I could bring it in anytime. I showed up and they took me right in. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

We have been using their services for over 12 years. They will spend a lot of time with you and explain everything. Their costs are in line with other companies. They are very clean, professional, and friendly. The only downfall is that it can seem to take longer for repairs because they are always busy. They let you know up front of the estimated service time. Sometimes the work will take longer than we expect and it can be an inconvenience. They are willing to pick you up and take you back if you don't have transportation. If there is anything ever wrong, they will fix it without any hesitation or trouble.

It went fine. Out in a few hours. I went to the one on McCree Rd. in Dallas but was not offered that address in writing my review.

It was terrific. I was in and out in minutes.

We were told that we need a lot of work done on our car, which would amount to several thousand dollars, so we took it to them for a second opinion and they said not to do it. They are very good and very honest. Apart from fixing the oil leak, they also did something else but I don't remember what they did. I would advice anyone to go there first.

Overall experience with this place was great!

I used them 7 years ago, and I think they treated me wrong then. My neighbors told me to give them another try so I did. We dealt with the manager this time around. They diagnosed my problem correctly, I already knew what it was but I wanted to see what they said. They were able to save me money, and did exactly what they said they would do. I knew of another problem the car had, and they were able to find that as well. It was transmission work, they offered me to get a new one, or repair mine. They told me it was a little beyond their scope of what they could do, so they recommended someone for me. They held my car overnight, sent it to the transmission shop, and got the car back. I didn't have to deal with the other company at all. I was blown away. They gave me an accurate quote, diagnosed my problems, and went above and beyond what I expect. They did great. I would highly recommend them.

Repair was completed in a day.

After picking up car we noticed that the Anti-lock Brake light was lit on the dash. A quick look under the car I could see a wire hanging on the passenger side, and the bolt that holds it in place was missing.

When I returned to Christian Brothers to have them take a look the owner made it a point to say they hadn't touched the passenger side, that they only repaired the drivers side. I explained that I just assumed that they had pulled a few parts during the initial inspection, and failed to reattach the wire. He was adamant that they hadn't touched that side of my vehicle.

The mechanic that worked on our car originally jumped right in and put it on the lift. I explained what I had explained to the manager inside. He confirmed that he had pulled it a part for the inspection, apologized, and had it repaired in minutes.

All in all I was happy with the service I received, I was just taken back by how quick the manager was to wash his hands of the problem without speaking with the mechanic first.
