CAROL SHINSKY

Carol was wonderful with helping us to learn about the issues homes in Dallas have to deal with(foundation issues, etc). She showed us well over a dozen houses once we had narrowed down which area and what kind of home we were looking for. She was always patient, communicative and on our side during all the showings and our discussions afterwards. We almost bought a fixer upper the first time and Carol did all the paperwork, etc. on the deal with finally did not go through(too much work to be done). The house we finally settled on also took quite a bit of extra work on her part since there were some repairs to be made. Carol was very efficient and prompt in taking care of things. She was always warm and friendly, even when things became frustrating with the first house. She arranged for everything that needed to be done and the entire transaction went smoothly and painlessly. We would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home and we would not hesitate to hire her ourselves once more!
