On 8/14 I called two other places in the DFW area and they could not see my truck until the following week. Of course I wanted someone to see my truck ASAP. I called BLAGG late in the morning and they had some one call me back a few hours later. When I dropped it off I told them to take a look at my brakes and take a look at my U Joints explaining to them them the symptoms. Sure enough those two items had issues. The prices they quoted were reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Before they worked on the isues I wanted to see the brakes and the u joints. They were more than accommodating when they showed me the problems and also recommended a few other things regarding general maintenance on my truck. I am very satisfied with the prompt service and honest quote of services they provided and will continue to go there for my services that my truck will need.

We've used them three times a year, for the last seven years. We got a triple A discount. They brought my wife home after she dropped it off. They're honest and reliable. I have not ever had issues. They provide full services. They mainly sell tires, but they do full auto service.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Extremely patient with all of our questions and price comparisons with each brand of tire. Even though they were a little more expensive than the and quot;discountedand quot; tire places or the and quot;warehouseand quot; tire places, it was well worth it not to feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Charlie was very honest in his answers.

Blagg has always provided me with great service at a fair price...this time was no exception!

Their customer service is great. It is their honesty and they being upfront with you is what makes them great. You do not get a sense that they are not doing a good job. You can just trust them.

When they finished, it was like driving a new car. I didn't realize how bad the performance had become. Blagg's technicians did an excellent job. (They have been working on my vehicles since I moved to Grapevine in 1986.)

I have taken my vehicles to Blagg for years, and I trust their opinions. I have tried going to other auto service places in the past when I see a special, but they always try to upsell another repair or higher cost parts, for instance Firestone wanted to charge me $35 for windshield wipers so my Jeep could pass inpection, and even argued that I could not get a pair of wiper blades for less than $20. I promptly went to Wal-Mart, bought the SAME blades for $10 total, and went up to Firestone and installed them in less than 2 minutes, and my vehicle then passed inspection. Blagg has always told me exactly what I need, and give fair estimates.

Got there early in Saturday morning, took 2 hours approximately, regular customer, can watch tv and read paper.

They're fabulous! They're just great! I've taken my vehicles to several different places in the area but I didn't trust the quality of their services. I had been having continuous problems with my vehicle and nobody could really solve the problem. I called this company and they figured it out right away. I appreciate that they told us what else needed to be looked at our done on our vehicles. They just seemed like a deep fountain of information.

When I took my car to them they were very professional and helpful. My wife had some car trouble and she took her car into them and within 2 minutes they had her car in and gave her a ride home and picked her up when the car was finished. We were both very impressed with the service.
