Chris was very responsive and communicative. His team, led by Journeyman Plumber Oscar, were courteous and polite. The job was somewhat of an emergency and Chris and team worked on a Saturday and Sunday to complete. Chris stated job would be done by Sunday afternoon and it was indeed.
