Description of Work: "Todd and his crew removed 3 very large trees that needed to come down due to how close 1 was to 2 houses and the others were in decline. All work was performed as outlined in the estimate and the crew was professional and clean!"

+ -1 moreThe services all went very well and the owner really seems to know his stuff. He explained a lot to us about trees and actually about automatic sprinklers that were creating problems with two of the trees on our property (which we have since had corrected). The team came in and did their work safely and cleaned up well after completion. We are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Removed dead tree. Removed large pear tree that would possibly hit roof in the next heavy winds. Thinned out good sized tree for better growth. Sprayed crepe myrtle bushes that had disease. Fertilized large tree and stabilized tree that was leaning over.

+ -1 moreI expected them in AM but they came after 1 pm. They worked till dusk. The crew worked hard; 7 men. They thinned and trimmed much more that I expected but in the long run I wont need this service again for years. The owner first bid was more than double the settled price. I had alternate bids to barter. The owner offered the better price after discussion but not without a lecture about competition and quality. He said he also fertilized the trees but I did not actually see it happen. He recycles the trimmings and logs as part of the business, so I had to ask permission to retain some of the pecan wood. The crew cleaned up any mess so you did not know they were here unless you looked up. I would use them again but get alternate bids and do discuss how much you want removed!
Description of Work: trimmed 4 large pecan trees, removed dead wood from magnolia, removed one small tree.

Description of Work: They completely disregarded my request to carefully trim my beautiful tree in the backyard. It provided shade to the yard and was the focal point of the yard. They completely took about 40% off the tree, including major limbs that will never grow back. I would understand that they believed they were doing a very thorough job had I not SPECIFICALLY begged the woman on the phone to please be very careful to barely trim the tree. To top it off when I expressed my devestation to her after the tree was butchered, she proceeded to argue with me for about 30 minutes as to why I was wrong and they are experts and I should be happy that they took as much off as they did. When I stopped the conversation and went back in my house, she actually called me from the back yard and started arguing with me again! They may technically know how to trim trees, but the customer service and compassion for the customer was the worst I've ever experience in any industry and with any contractor of any kind.
