+ -1 moreI paid Frank Chapman to sharpen a chainsaw blade and purchase a new one. I dropped it off on June 7th. When I went in to get the blade he raised his voice and argued LOUDLY with me for five minutes claiming I had already picked up the chainsaw blade. He also wondered why I had pre-paid for the service, like that was a bad thing. He continued arguing that "it's not back there, Ah'm gonna prove it!!!". He went back there and found a sharpened blade in the box with my name on it. He brought it out and was really mad that he was WRONG. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Frank Chapman again!! He is an ignorant argumentative superstitious country bumpkin. If he does not know how to not argue with customers, then he deserves to go out of business. He has an anger problem.
Description of Work: Subcontracted to sharpen a chainsaw blade and installed a new one.
